Norton Rose Fulbright advises on financing of MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Raiffeisen Bank International AG as agent, security agent and original lender on the conclusion of two facility agreements with closed-end fund MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ.

The total value of the financing was equal to € 41 million. MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ is managed by MCI Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

The project team was supervised by Warsaw managing partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski and London-based banking and finance partner James Dunnett. The transaction was led by counsel Marta Kawecka and associate Igor Kondratowicz from the Warsaw banking and finance team.
